Whether yes or no, this is nobody's business but his own. HIV serostatus is a very personal matter. Like all medical information, HIV status is private and protected by law.

So ask yourself: Why do you care whether he may or may not have HIV??? What good will this do for you if you know this information?

Also, HIV status is medical information, an is protected by privacy laws. In fact, release of HIV related info is more strict than release of other medical info.

Consider this: If you had HIV, would you want the world to know? If not, you should respect the fact that anyone with HIV, celebrity or not, has a right to keep their condition private. There is no need for most people, especially total strangers, to know. (*** The only exception with HIV is that ALL sexual partners need to be notified that they need to be tested.)
