What are your thoughts/opinions on the LGBT community ?

im just curious what are your thoughts on lesbians and gay ??
i know that this is a controversial topic and will be for god knows how many years to come but maybe now with a new president something will change
personally i dont have anythign against it my best friend is lesbian and we have the best relationship since she came out about it
i know what some religions( if not all ) think that its wrong im catholic i havent been in church for 4 years now i think and im not going back there cause i tihnk that its kinda like brainwashing people i mean you hear all about the LGBT people but what about priests molesting kids you dont here about that much often right now i mean who knows what is happening behind the walls

my friend who is gay bakc in poland had to move out ot UK cause his family threw him out of the house people that he knew like friend form the school that we attended for 8 years would go on the other side of the street and act like they dont know who he is


anyways i thing that underneath it all we are all the same and it shouldnt matter whats your race,gender ,religion or your sexual orientation is

here in USA things are a little better i mean maybe because of the gay celeb couples
like
ellen and portia
t.r knight and mark
elton john
george michaels
etc..

also one more thing the whole stereotype that only gays and lesbians can have AIDS and HIV

well i agree what you say most religions are there to brain wash you in to what they want you to be in their warped kind of way it is terrible.
we are put on this earth to be as good as person as we can be but we are prejudiced against because we are different this is not fair.

Generally gay people are miserable, whiny people who think that the world owes them a favour. But when you think about the way we're treated, it's easy to see why

Not happy to hear that the UK is taking in gay refugees from Poland though.

i love gay men :) mainly because i am one myself :) but also because we are just awesome lol and so is everyone in the LGBT community :)


as far as the AIDS HIV question

i'm not lesbian, but i understand homosexuality and i accept it cuz they can't help be who they are born like this with attraction to the same sex. what i'm against is not keeping it private. sexuality should be kept private. Also, we have many females who are confused and try to be lesbians cuz Hollywood films & TV have being trying to make it look " hip & cool " for a girl to kiss another girl or even sleep with her. We have a brain washed society that are fascinated by those Hollywood celebrities who are nothing but idiots & want to copy cat their behavior. When Madonna kissed Britney on stage,next day half of the girls in the US went on kissing each others. I call them the air heads.
