can u get aids if me or my girlfriend doesnt have hiv or any other std if u have anal sex?

You can't "develop" HIV, it has to come from an infected person. If you are both clean, then have all the anal sex you want.

But you can get other nasty diseases like Escherichia Coli which is in poop and other forms of Coli.

If neither of you have the STD or HIV then you can't get it. Someone in the relationship HAS to have the STD or HIV

That's an obvious answer. You just said your girlfriend is clean, duh.
