STD/HIV/AIDS from sharing LIQUID EYELINER?

i have a friend who gave me her used liquid eyeliner.

she's had sexual intercourse with 4-6 differnt guys. i'm not sure if she has any diseases ( std/ hiv/ aids)

IF she has one of these diseases. and she's used this liquid eyeliner before. can i get one of these diseases from using the same liquid eyeliner? b/c it HAS accidently gone into my eye once or twice and i'm worried that the liquid in the liquid eyeliner carries HIV/ STD/ AIDS.

i've been using it for 3-4 months now already. reason why i'm worrying bout it now is b/c i found out from a friend that it was possible but not certain that it could happen.

you may catch conjunctivitis(sore red eyes stuck with gunk upon waking)thats if other person has it from sharing makeup not a std std means sexually transmitted

There is no way to get an STD from eyeliner.

You can however get herpes in your eye or mouth, although it is not common or likely at all that you can transfer it from your genitals to other external parts of your body. The herpes virus that infects mucosal membranes like the eye and mouth are separate from genital herpes. You would know if she had an infection in her eye because they are incredibly painful and visually obvious.

Either way it is really unhygienic to share makeup.

In the future I would not borrow anyone elses cosmetics. I have never heard of anyone catching an S.T.D. from sharing eyeliner. Old cosmetic especially eye makeup can develop bacteria. You could most definitely catch an eye infection from using someone elses eyeliner.

No you cannot get it that way. However, you can get pink eye which really sucks and other infections so be careful about sharing makeup.

just because she has been with 4-6 guys doesn't all ways make her an aids victim i have been with that many partners an i am clean, the aids virus doesn't emmit threw tear ducts so it would not pass though to you with the use of eyeliner

blood, semen,an vaginal mucus!! anything containing white blood cells !i think you need to read up on AIDS?HIV virus a little more so that way you know what to look out for


you can NOT get AIDS from some one who has it by hugging them shaking there hand looking at them talking to them sharing a drink with them(allthough thats not reccomened ) or living with them just stay away from there blood or sexual fluids
