Probably, bleach will kill just about everything. But if you're not comfortable rubbing bleach on your junk I've heard that citric acid can help kill hiv so if you want to forgo the bleach use an orange instead.

Maybe if your trying to bleach fabric/material or other things such as that, but it most certainly does not work if you have contracted the disease!

i think that if it did the scientists would know... so probably not but if you think it does then go figure out a way to test it .. who knows? maybe they could find something in it that will help mankind.

It can kill it on inanimate objects or other surfaces.....but you do not pour bleach on a human being.......that is really a dumb thing to do.
