And ANYONE, gay or straight, who knows they have HIV and has sex with others who could catch it without informing them can be prosecuted.

No, promiscuous heterosexuals and drug addicts should be prosecuted first. Promiscuous homos will only spread HIV among gays, which are a minority of population, but promiscuous heteros will spread it among the majority and that includes children being born with HIV.

ANYONE should be prosecuted if they know the have it and don't give a care and spreading it around to their partners ruining their lives.
