still have sex (protected?) with him/her? Yes, but only because I'm already in a committed relationship with him. We're engaged, and we've been having protected sex for years. I would have to sue the place he works, though, because he probably would have gotten it from improper cleaning there (he gets a lot of open wounds there) Taking all precautions while having sex and if the relationship was a true one, not one that will eventually get thrown out, yes. I would personally not because though condoms are known to be generally effective there is always the risk of getting infected if you can live with that in the back of your mind i would say go ahead I wouldn't, but I would't leave the person either.
