There is no cure for HIV (virus that damages the immune system and can lead to AIDS) at this point. Once you have HIV, you always have it. You don't get over it. You can't get it "again", because once you have it, you have it for the rest of your life. No one is immune to HIV. Anyone can get infected if they engage in risky behaviors.
