Don't these xxx stars get infected with HIV//aids?

i can't understand this how does this xxx stars escape from HIV/AIDS. or are they infected. a xxx star get's laid with a lot of men's most of them doesn't use a condom.

1.the first thing i want to know is how will a person get infected
2. when they make out without a condom then how don't they get conceived

Actually porn stars are the most STD-protected people in the world.
Despite the contrary these people are working in a very controlled environment, with every move planned ahead.
They get tested for everything before each movie so the chances of getting infected is 0. They would never risk getting anything because this is their job and even a HPV would break their career.
The second I can only theorize. Birth control, plan B after each shot...
But my vote would go to the pill combined with spermicide lube.

Most xxx films made after the HIV epidemic have people using condoms. For those that don't, they either use actors/actresses that are married, they uses actors/actresses with current health check-ups, or they use really stupid people who don't have a clue.

1) You get infected with HIV by transferring bodily fluids like blood, semen, etc.
2) There are a number of birth control mechanisms out there - the pill, the sponge, IUD, etc.

I have provided a link to a site specifically to council sex workers, and a link discussing the possibility of requiring condom use in adult films.

Some of the porn stars have famously died of AIDS. Now that the risks are better understood, they top sellers get checked frequently; of course there is always a risk but they probably see it as managed risk taking. Those who are just trying to survive and don't ask too many questions? Guess survival and infection are the same risks as for anyone who has a lot of unprotected sex.

For your 1st question, I'll just add the link. They get infected the way anyone does. As far as pregnancy, there are many ways to reliable- or fairly reliably prevent pregnancy; 2nd link

They have frequent STD checks and I'm sure most are on some sort of birth control!
