What is the name of this song on this HIV/AIDS commercial?

The commercial isn't shown anymore but I believe 1 or 2 years ago there used to be this HIV commercial with this blonde woman and man. There was a song playing that I liked. I'm not sure it was a real song or just a song made for the commercial. The lyrics went like this: "This is our life. This is our life. It's the perfect chance to make things right." Hopefully someone knows this. Thanks.
