Dear sir help me on how to write a proposal.?

I have started a project called infortech and health status improvement in Africa.The project aims at introducing IT skills in shools by supplying computer machines to primary and secondary schools,constructing boreholes in schools for clean waters to students and pupils,communities in various parts in Africa,assist in providing assistance to people affected by droughts,floods,wars,giving cloths,mosquito nets,foode.etc also assist in providing drugs to hiv victims in the community.
