Does anyone know of a drug for hiv that can increase ur cd4 count?

There are none.

HIV attacks those protective cells, and each person has a limited quantity that can neither be stimulated into manufacturing more, nor replaced currently. This is why we place close attention to the T-cell counts in patients with HIV. Once they go to a certain level...then they are classified as AIDS patients.
