You just so happened to forget about cheating. People get diseases through that as well. If I'm getting your point, if everyone pursued real marriage, diseases would not die off. It depends on how much a diseased person multiplies with his or her hs/wf if at all. And if it actually happened where everyone pursued real marriage I'm pretty sure some doctor would miraculously find a cure for diseases. Or maybe not out of fear of over population. And please note in case you didn't know, some gays believe in marriage too, it's not about sex with everyone.

No. HIV isn't only transmitted through sexual contact. Sharing needles spreads it just as quickly and children can get it from mothers though the consumption of breast milk. Do you remember when HIV was first considered a major issue in the 80s? Doctors, nurses, and paramedics contracted the virus due to their contact with blood.

HIV is a virus. It doesn't follow any kind of morals or ethics.
