Should some people be sterilized?

I was watching this program on i think MSNBC or Discovery, anyway it was about homeless teenagers. Well, there was this one dysfunctional couple that wanted and kept trying to have a child. Okay this girl was doing drugs, homeless, violent, etc. and yet her and her boyfriend keep trying to have children accept she kept miscarrying. When she went to see the doctor expressing her desire to have a child, the doctor nicely told her what a responsibility it is to have a child and suggested she get on birth control. She refused and insisted that she would have a child if she didn't stop miscarrying.

I'm sorry but i think people like that should be forced to get a depo shot or something. Why would you bring a child into this world when you are homeless? The same with people in Africa. They keep having children when they can't even feed themselves and give their innocent children HIV. What is the point in having children and then expecting someone else to take care of it? Isn't there enough suffering in this world?

Nope. If anyone should be sterilized, then it should be the wealthy so their wealth reenters the economy when they die and is not passed down to progeny.
