Is there such a pill or a type of drug that can control a person's hormone system so that he will not want to have sex again if he's concerned about getting HIV or other sexual diseases?

It is called Sildenafil citrate and it is VERY effective in lowering sexual cravings. Take it once a day and you will be fine.

They are mostly Testosterone Antagonists - Antiandrogens.

They are given to repeating sex offenders but aren't used off-label unless its a serious problem because they are required in high-doses and so produce pronounced side-effects.
