Can we find the medicine/drugs of HIV/AIDS? Than If it's possible by which year ?

I'm sure somewhere along the rode we already found a cure for HIV, but the problem is that the HIV virus mutates so fast that by the time that cure is injected into the body the virus already knows how to become immune to it. So if we found a cure for it, injected into somebody, it would take less than a second for the virus to figure out how to defend itself from it making the cure useless. That's why it's taken so long to figure out a concrete cure.
