So I have been paranoid lately?

I have NEVER had sex, had blood transfustion, or used any needles with drugs i have kissed a boy but thats it....im paranoid I have hiv ..i dont know why its just been in my head. I also have been down lately and been thinking about death...not killing myself just death. But just paranoid. HELP. and my parents wont take me to test they are calling me a hyperconreatic..if i spelled it right...

I believe that if it would make you feel better than you should just get tested, if you have a friend that would drive you, go to the clinic and explain to them what's wrong. They will test you for free and they won't tell your parents. I had a similar problem when I was your age. I was extremly worried about my mother dying even though she was perfectly healthy and it really took over my life and my reactions towards things. This can be a aymtom of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). It would be a good idea to talk to a school counsilor about all of these feelings, And don't feel alone hunny it's gonna be ok!

It is impossible for you to have HIV. Period. Stop worrying.

Your parents are calling you a 'hypochondriac'. That is a person who believes they have a disease when they are otherwise healthy.

You should maybe see a doctor because it sounds like you could be suffering from depression or anxiety disorder.

there is no way that you have HIv if you havent done any of these things unless you were born with it which im sure you wouldve known by now.
Unless you were infected with someone elses blood (got it into a cut or something like that) your alright. There is no reason for you to be worried, i wouldnt stress myself and waste time away worrying with it.

relax...you do not have hiv. you are just having panic attacks.breathe deep and try to relax when this happens. it would be better if your mom would let you see a doctor for these panic attacks.
