My boyfriend tore his frenulum during unprotected sex, could I have contracted a disease?

Me and my boyfriend where virgins when we met and have been right up until we had sex. However, the other day we had unprotected sex and i know about pregnancy an stuff so i do not need a lecture thanks :D but.. i was wondering
cause he bled, he pulled out once it hurt him o course!, but could i have caught a disease like aids or HIV??
neither of us have ever slept with anyone else or used drugs. Nor have any of our family been diagnosed with stds before
so will i be okay??
