Has anyone had a weight problem with Truvada and Reyataz (HIV Drugs)? |
Since taking these cocktail drugs along with Norvir, I have put on 28 pounds. Any attempt at dieting or exercising has not helped at all. I am not sure what else to do other then ask to switch meds or stop this regiment all together. I've been taking them since March and am undetectable within 4 months. I heard that protease inhibitors can cause Lypodystrophy but I don't think I have that yet. no i have been hiv+ for 13 years and my problems with the drugs is loosing the pounds. who cares if you gain weight...I would be worried about AIDS!!! |
