What are my chances of getting HIV my partner is an intervenous drug user? I'd say your chances of getting HIV is pretty good and don't understand why you want to hang with a user and a looser. well your partner would have to catch it first by sharing needles with someone who has HIV. Damn dude, don't be that hard up! Find another girlfriend! 50/50 -- but eventually, everything catches up with us. Use protection or forget it. Both of you need to get tested. All it takes is one time with a dirty needle -- HIV, Hepatitis, and/or some other ugly stuff. very high possibility I'd say your chances are very good. Duhh, The chances are very high if your partner shares needles. Do you know how many people are HIV positive in the US and the bad thing is 1/3 of them don't even know it?? If you know your going to stay with this person you need to make sure they use sterile needles and have a HIV test. Very High...... I'd be willing to bet a lot of money on your getting HIV and I know I'd win! Dump the partner and get tested immediately, unless you like to live dangerously!. You have a very high chance of getting it, becuz if he/she were to share a needle with someone who has HIV then he/she will get it, then you will. I would make sure that you always use protection. Im so sorry your partner is a drug user, I would try to get him/her to go to rehab or re think your relationship. Your partner is a person with high risk of getting HIV, so if you are having sexual relationships with him/her, you are also in risk of getting the disease. pretty good chance. You are at HIGH risk for getting HIV or Hep C, which neither has a cure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you have sex use a CONDOM!!!!!!!! If he shares needles, I would get to safety in a hurry. Addicts do not make good partners anyway and his recovery is impossible. the risk is from u having unprotected sex with him |
