Working with HIV infected and drug users group is sometimes risky?, How can you make harmless?

you can do anything with drug users and HIV people. as long as you don't swap fluids (blood, spit, semen) you should be good. don't share a drink or eat off the same plate but you can be best friends with them.

You can make it harmless by not working with them... period.
