Is there any better medicine for HIV then Antiretroviral drug?

No. Some immuno-boosters can be useful in fighting the symptoms and preventing secondary infections, but we have no other class of drugs that can combat the AIDS retrovrius directly.

That is the best we have at this time. Education is probably going to be the best defense against this killer. As long as people continue to have unprotected sex and have it with multiple partners this disease Will continue to run rampant.
