It's possible! When I was first put on a cocktail, I was so hyper people thought I was high on cocaine. I was talking a mile a minute, couldn't sit still, couldn't sleep. It was awful. Thankfully that all went away although I still don't sleep good. Talk to your HIV doctor if this is really bothering you.
