Hiv related yeast infections?

Do all hiv related yeast infections occur in just the mouth and genial region?

Candida albacans is a type of fungus naturally found in our body. A strong immune system keeps the fungus at bay, preventing it from growing out of control. But in people who have weakened immune systems such as people infected with HIV, the fungus grows unchecked, appearing in colonies of white patches in the mouth, throat, esophagus (food tube) and vagina. Candiasis found in the mouth is called thrush.

Thrush appears as white patches in the mouth. As it progresses down the throat and into the esophagus, it can cause a sore throat, inability to swallow, loss of appetite, nausea and chest pain. Left unchecked, esophageal candidiasis can cause severe respiratory complications.
