Ive been pretty sick lately, what could this be?!?!!? HIV?? |
in january i had a sinus infection, febuary i had strep, march i was throwing up, april i was pretty much ok for the most part, may i had a urinary tract infection, beginning of june i had another throat infection, and 3 days after i finished my abx i got what they thought was mono, but turned out to just be tonsilitus, what could be causing all of this? now im feeling better but my lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen for about 3 weeks and are pretty big, please help!? im scared!? ive had sex before i had a girlfriend for a year and she got the pill, but she told me she was a virgin and she had gotten bloodwork done before, but could it possibly HIV? thats my biggest concern If HIV is your main concern, get tested. Better to know than to wonder. If you had unprotected sex, or if you are sexually active it is recommended that you have an STD test and an HIV test done atleast once a year. Lymph nodes on HIV/AIDS patients swell up in all places on the body because the virus is replicating, not just the throat. Your lymph node swell is prob due to your strep throat, the fact that you are paranoid and continue to feel them, or some other infection. In any event, whatever the reason you are getting sick, no one can diagnose you on a forum, go see your doctor. first and foremost get a Aids test done as well as a STD test regardless of the fact that she was a virgin or not. Second to that it is most likely that you have a low immunity to things and your receptible to picking all this garbage up. Do you suffer from allergies or have any other kinds or problems.. EX-Asthma? YOU WANT TO GO GET TESTED AND TAKE SOME VITAMINS, WHILE WATCHING WHAT YOU EAT. MAKE SURE YOU EXERCISE 30 MINUTES EACH DAY TO KEEP THE BLOOD FLOWING. GETS LOTS OF VITAMIN C. NEVER GO WITH OUT FRESH AIR, SO GET LOTS OF OUTSIDE TIME AT THE PARK OR AT HOME. EATS LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLE'S (FRESH). AND REMEMBER TO INVEST IN SOME CONDOMS BECAUSE AIDS IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH COMPARED TO ANY OTHER DISEASE. UNSAFE SEX LEADS TO DISEASES AND CHILDREN. Typically with HIV or any other STD, you get the feeling of the flu, your lymph nodes can swell also. It just sounds like you have just had a bad run of health luck! I dont think you will actually get strep, and throwing up and stuff like that with the 1st symptoms of HIV or STD. The UTI could be a sign of a STD or just an infection. Lymph nodes also swell when you are sick, im not suprised yours did considering you had strep and then tonsilitus. Have you asked your doc about the chances of you having HIV or another STD? You should get the whole panel of STD's checked just to help you keep your sanity b/c it sounds like you are pretty worried. |
