My vagina is dry,red and itchy.Help!?

i had sex yesterday and it burned when alot afterword and someone told me to put ice on it and it relief it. i guess from the irritation i got kind of cut on the side of my vagina and it bother i wanted to scratch it because it irrates me and scratch it and it got kind got worser does anyone one what over the counter medication i can get to stop my irratation.
i know its not hiv or anything i just want the irratation to go away.
and i dont have any discharge coming out of it its just dry so i know its not a yeast infection.

One day after & you are having signs of some problem already. Too rough sex is possibly one reason; there are others. It's too early for a discharge; that doesn't mean there will or won't be one.

Don't fool with over-counter stuff. You can ask a female pharmacist at a drugstore what to use. Do not wait a week; do it now!

a yeast infect can also b dry but if really think that its not that then you might want to either change the type of soup you wash your skin with also your detergent you wash you bras and underware with also check your pantie liners make sure there not fragrence free unscented that also drys you out also do not dush that dry you out terrable ppl think that it helps clean you out but your body had a automatic clearner and it cleans itself out most of the time it looks like a clearish discharge or after your period ur blood will look dark brownish nothing to worry about your body is jus cleaning its self but you can aslo you vaseline to help to dry and itching now but dont sacratchit will only make it worse.

Sounds like you have Candida which is a very bad yeast infection. See your Gynecologist

Have a shower dry well, and use baby diaper rash cream.

well dont scratch it because thats causing more irritation and red ness.. put vaseline or a rash cream

I would go to the doctor and have it checked out. Just to make sure.
