Why haven't vaccines eliminated common diseases such as malaria and HIV infection?

Vaccines has eliminated or reduced many dreadful diseases like small-pox, polio, diptheria, tetanus, tuberculosis and many more...But why not malaria or HIV?

Because the Virus's mentioned have a greater capacity to mutate thus making a Vaccine difficult at best

they havent figured out a vaccine cure fo r theose diseases
