What makes certain people/groups more vulnerable to HIV infection? |
thanks in advance! People who have multiple partners are more vulnerable. It also depends where you live. Check you health unit website. It's a law that the number of people in your county with certain things like HIV or chylamidia have to be posted. I'm lucky enough to live in a county where there have been no cases of HIV in the last 10 years so anyone around here is VERY low risk. there r lot of people/group who belongs to high risk group to HIV. u can contact State AIDS Prevention and Control Society in ur state. truckers, sex workers, laboratory tecnicians, migrated people who r without there partner, people who have unprotected sex with multiple/unknown partner--- these r few to name. there is no such thing as more vulnerable ---HIV+ means it is infective --- your are having rare circumstance in mind --- that does not work out |
