About HIV infection I am really worried?

I have done unprotected sex with 3 girls !!! Once with a girl who was virgin (4 years ago) ! She bleeded on my penis ! Then with another girl (4 months ago) and then with a third one (1 month ago) !!! I checked there medical report and all three of them were HIV negative ! is still there any chance of mine getting HIV positive ? I have soreness in my throat from last 15 days that doesnt hurt me when drinking water or eating food ! I got in the french kiss with the third girl for very long period whether that can be the case of "Mononucleosis" !!! Please help i am really very worried !!!

go get tested. It's as simple as that. And protect yourself in the future, not just from HIV, but from all the STD's (ie condoms), especially if you're not in a monogamous relationship where you've both been tested beforehand and both know you're completely negative.

How in the world did you see the confidential medical reports of 3 girls, especially (probably) minors? If you just mean that you asked them, the answers are not reliable.

So like one of the people above said, just go get tested. Then you will know, and protect yourself and your partners in the future.

Chances are that you have not contracted HIV, however chances also are that if you persist in unprotected sex, you may in the future.
See your doctor about your throat, and smarten up.

i am sure you dont have aids if they dint have aids but why you want to have sex with someone unprotected it might cause someother STD like vd, gonherria
