An increased risk of --- is a consequence affecting infants who are exposed to ets;?

which of these; asthma or respiratory tract infections or tonsillitis or all of these?
a pregnant woman who is infected with hiv can pass the virus to her baby; while nursing or during childbirth or during pregnancy or all of these?

I dont believe that a child can get hiv through nursing, however the baby can contract it while you are pregnant, since it is a blood disease (technically) and you share the same blood with the child you are carring, the child has a 50/50 chance of either having hiv or being a carier of it.

The hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy appear to increase the risk of contracting HIV when women are pregnant, according to a study published in the October 1, 2005 issue of the Lancet. The study team reviewed 2,188 HIV-negative pregnant women and 8,473 non-pregnant women and found that per 100-person years HIV rates were 2.3 during pregnancy, 1.3 while breastfeeding, and 1.1 in non-pregnant, non-lactating women. The authors reported that the rising risk of contracting HIV during pregnancy may be attributable to hormonal changes that affect the genital tract mucosa or immune responses. Efforts to prevent HIV during pregnancy should be made to protect mothers and their infants, according to the investigators.
