I know I am losing it; but help if you can?

I made out with a guy of unknown HIV status on two occasions. I know kissing is considered to be low risk for transmission, but have convinced myself I have the virus.

I now must spend at least 3 months (average window period) dealing with this belief, which doesn鈥檛 help since I have OCD.
Assuming I have the virus, what precautions must I take to protect others? I plan on not have any intimate contact with anyone, but I am getting concerned about things like what if I cut myself shaving and get blood somewhere or what if I get a paper cut at work and bleed on something. I am getting scared I will unknowingly spread the virus to family, friends, and coworkers.

So, what are the chances I can pass on this infection (if I have it) as long as I am celibate, don't share needles, or donate blood?

Very, very low risk. If you cut yourself, make certain you clean it up immediately and don't let others touch your blood although they can as long as they don't have an open cut.

make an appt with a counsellor or psychiatrist to help you with your OCD. HIV is not your problem, the OCD is though

Unless you both have a mouthful of cuts, the chance of you getting it is next to nothing. HIV isn't carried in saliva. Also it doesn't live outside the body long so the chance of it being transferred by a mere papercut is highly unlikely.
