Cuts risk low?

hi, i wanted to know if it's high or low risk(for the most part) if HIV-infected semen got inside an open cut on a person's skin, if the cut was over a day old, and had coagulated blood formed on the outside of it. there's no scab, but solidified blood on the open cut, and infected semen gets on it. i heard it'd be low risk, since the virus dies within seconds once hits the air, and even if it's not dead yet, but weakened from being out in the air, that it has a low chance of causing infection(hence you dont hear of people getting it via environmental surfaces) thanks.

oh wonderful, who was the idiot who wrote the bit about no such thing as HIV. The HIV virus is rather fragile -- living only about 72 seconds outside the body. So, you have pretty much answered your own question.

NO risk, becuase as of today there is "NO" Scientific Proof or Documentations that so called "HIV" exists in the United States....

1st.....Semen is a liquid sexual formation of the human body of the male sex.

2nd.....Any human substance which is porous is capable of absorbing HIV Infected Semen

3rd.....Coagulated Blood even of a day old is still capable of absorbing HIV Infected Semen, as Coagulated Blood is still a porous substance of the human body capable of still absorbing HIV Infected Semen into the human blood stream.

4th.....Viruses remain strong and active, either in-side, or out-side the body until they are killed off by drug medication.

5th.....Viruses can lurk on any exterior enviromental surface, for example, a HIV Infected Person can have Infected Semen on his hand and that infected hand and semen can come into contact with a towel and without any other person knowing another person using the same towel who as a Coagulated cut on them can quit easily transmit the HIV Infected Semen from the towel to the coagulated cut and absorption take place into the blood stream thereby infecting that other person with HIV Infected Semen.
