How fast does it take for aids to get around the whole body?

i mean in the movies when a zombie bites the hand of a person the cut the hand off strait away and they dont turn in to one!, who thinks it would be the same for HIV? i mean if just one drop of blood can get into your whole bloodstream and body how long does it take from initial infection to all bood and body getting it?

Well first you have to be infected with the HIV virus before you can get aids. Sometimes aids doesn't show up for 20 years. It really depends on how the person takes care of themselves and if the person is taking an HIV cocktail of pills.
