What can I sell to raise $281 for a fundraiser I'm doing for school?

The fundraiser is meant to prevent hiv- aids infection by providing the right medication. I will be donating to the UNICEF organization.

I would do a bake sale! cookies, cakes and pies during school cafeteria times is definately a winner. You can do your own lunch perios, and then have other people that you might be cool with and hwo are honest do other lunch periods. Get parents on board too!!!!!!!! Call you local Aids organization and the media (local newspaper---so that way people will know what you are doing is helping others in need). I think that is very commendable of you to do this to help bring the worlds AIDS/HIV epidemic to a stand still, it does need to be eridicated. But the only for that to happen is money for research and it is fundraisers like yours that helps it along to that goal! Also find out when is World AIDS day--you might want to have your bake sale or whatever you end up doing on that particular day (if it hasn't passed yet)! i have bake sell.. have friends make cookies, cakes, brownies,, also see about if they will let everyone pitch in there old things and have a yard sell and take the money from that.. but make sure u thank you everyone for doing this too . i'm gald ur trying to help others good luck

You could plan a a carwash/ bake sale (or food sale) with some kids in your class. Trust me you'll have $281 and more in no time.

car wash spring and summer are coming and everyone loves to help out for such a wonderful cause who knows you may raise more than $281 take care and good luck

Your dad's golf clubs, or your mom's favorite necklace;) LOL just kidding, actually if you have a couple of old bikes, an old lawn mower, or other such no longer used items collecting dust in the garage, put them out front with for sale signs on them...

Food is always a winner whether it's a bake sale, popcorn or candy.
To have more of the money reach the organization for which it is intended, next time hold the fund raiser for that specific organization rather than go through UNICEF. The more steps it takes for the money to reach it's goal, the more it dwindles.

Yeah! You can auction stuff like books,clothes,magazines,comics. You can also sell them if you find auctioning is troublesome

You could have a dance at your school they make ALOT of money and u can charge a person like $2.00. Or you could make some things too like bracelets, maybe something for the lockers, school supples, etc. Also something they did at my old school was they turned a portable we had into a "haunted house" (i know its not halloween but who cares?) and charged people to go in.

We sold mirco fiber towels and made pretty good. People seemed to like them and they were an easy sale.
You can buy them in Bulk and resale for $5 or $6 ea
They will individually package each one for you if you let them know it is for a fundraiser.
We packaged ours 2 per package and sold for $10...
You can sell more for less effort this way.
