So much is talked about safe sex, but is today's young generation really cares to use condoms for guard ?

now- a days it's common to have more than one sexual partner, this is actually sex promiscuity, leadin to the risk of contracting hiv infection, and ultimately, aids, a disease with no cure found so far. today's young generation, as well as deviated, deprieved men and women, seem to worry more about the pleasures and forget about the risks involved, prostitutes have hiv 99percent, passing on to the customers, they passing on to their wives, and then to the inborn in wombs. that's the vicious cycle. how are we going to prevent this, if it's not taken seriously?

The most important approach is to show the young generation wisely that you can enjoy sex even better by using condoms .But how do you set this very simple information to be more attractive to them ? I think world hleath organization should make an advertising campaign so as to have many contribution to unveil the message to the target group ( the young ).

This reminds me of this one: "You can lead a horse to water; but you can't make him drink" - in other words, the data about the risks has been published BROADLY. Why people would run heavy risks and including in that - risking OTHER PEOPLE'S HEALTH, is totally irresponsible. Period. What have you got to do? Where is this falling down?? People die, they die of old age, and other age-related illnesses. BUT - what about illnesses THAT ARE CAUSED BY CARELESSNESS??
Wouldn't you think, in today's civilized world, that people would care about themselves, AND OTHERS. We live in a troubled world; fate often intervenes. But where are the responsible people, who do whatever necessary to ensure that they have a life, and that they don't end life for others prematurely??
You are aware of this. Others are aware of this. But it goes on, every day! I think that this equals irresponsibility. Who's going to give them a 'smack on the wrist'??

really most of them are care-free. many say they don't enjoy sex with condoms yet honestly speaking this offers the nest possible prevention measure for those who can't abstain.
but the best alternative seems to lie in having uncorrupted morals such as obtained from belonging to some Christian denomination.

the best way is propagating information about sex among young children. we should not shy talking about it as ignorance to such a topic will only give rise to curiosity among youngs for the topic and make them to have a very opposite thinking about sex. parents should be free in talking to their children about sex, if they can"t they can take help of the doctor or any workshop on the topic.
youngsters should know what sex is actually and what will happen on their first try. they can also be educated on net, there are so many sites dealing with sex education like www.iwannaknow

Please dont say that no medicine for HIV, In India, there have ayurvedic and sidha medichines, in age old period they said about the madicine for HIV.

in the place where i live, sex among young people isn't that common. people here will think that ur a prostitute or something if you get pregnant during your teenage yrs. although some girls as young as 12 get pregnant here, it's only 1 out of 10.
