Could cunnnilingus/oral sex lead to AIDS?

I know that the exchange of bodily fluids through the sexual organs, or in the blood stream, may lead to the spread of HIV, but if the bodily fluid passes through the mouth/oral passage, does that lead to HIV infection?

yes, if the person giving oral has an open wound in their mouth like a cancer sore or a cut on the inside of their mouth or even lip.

If the person has a cut and it comes in contact with any amount of your bodily fluids then yes you can get any type of STD including Aids or HIV. If you give head to a guy and you have HIV and he has a cut on his penis then I would also say yes. If a guy has HIV and eats you out and has a cut then he will also probably give you aids or you can also give it to him.
