HIV what HELPS?

I have HIV and get too many infections and im ill all the time!! I take vitamin c!! what other vitamin supplements are good for building my immune system up and helping me fight infections?

I dont need the medication yet!! Id just like to know what other vitamins help the immune system??

Are you taking antiretroviral medications? Those are what you really need. Vitamin C alone won't do diddly squat against HIV. Just make sure you're getting your daily requirement of all necessary vitamins and minerals.
