After having sex with a HIV+ person does the HIV+ virus actually swim up the urethra to infect the person ?

If a person(male)does not have have any broken skin or cuts on penis does it reduce the risk of infection ?
If a person has small sores on the penis does it increase risk of infection ?
After infection does the HIV virus have some life period ie could it die on it's own if it doesn't enter the blood stream ?

1. Viruses are far too small to adjust their behavior in such a way as could be construed as "swimming up the urethra." They move about pretty much randomly; it's far more accurate to say that some of the viruses "wander" up the urethra.

Viruses aren't even alive; they exist in a gray area between biology and chemistry. They're either the simplest living things, or very complex molecules.

2. Yes, broken skin increase the risk of infection.

3. Yes, sores increase the risk of infection.

4. Yes, the HIV virus will die if it doesn't find host cells in a short period of time. It's not the bloodstream it needs, it's certain cells in the body. The HIV virus is actually very fragile and only moderately contagious: have sex with someone with HIV and a cold, you're far more likely to catch the cold.

HIV is transmitted through body fluids. (ex: blood, semen)
Having broken skin on the penis is not a good thing, and probably is a sign that there is an STD or other infection; but HIV is most often not ever seen on the outside of the body in early stages. However to answer your first question, no it does not reduce the chance of infection.
If a person (either sex) has small sores, that is most likely to be an STD. And yes, it does increase your risk of infection.
HIV cannot live outside the body. It's a virus that lives in the blood stream. It would die instantly if it is outside the body. But the only catch is, how would you have the virus only on the outside of the body; not entering the blood stream.

All Viruses and Bacteria can be contracted from it's host to any portal of entry ie: mouth, ears, nose, urethra, vaginal, rectum, open cuts and lesions.

If intercourse was unprotected the penis is a portal of entry so yeah, the virus it in effect but will not be detected for another six months or six months from the date of intercourse, rather.

It doesn't swim up the urethra, but as you ejaculate, and you know how it happens in "spurts" you can pull vagina fluid up the urethra.

If there is a sore there are white blood cells to heal the sore and there are receptor cells in the while blood cells which can pull the HIV into the body.

it actually rides a horse.

What if sores are not broken ?

Does the burning urine sensation occur due to sores only ?

Generally, HIV needs to get into somebody's body in order to infect them. It cannot swim. However, it can get through skin if it has abrasions or cuts, or, it can be absorbed into the body like through the colon.
