im a little confused with this question. the whole question is, using what you know about how HIV infects human cells and the body's own cellular structure answer the following questions. one possible way to combat HIV invasion of the cell is to develope a drug which could destory the envelope which surrounds the HIV particle. i have to, As the virus evolves and changes, so does the envelope. You find a vaccine for 1 strain of HIV, and only for that. It will be ineffective against others. Dont you have notes on it? i havnt done it in about 5yrs so im struggling to remember - reverse transcriptase is the enzyme that turns RNA into DNA. if the cell envolope was destroyed then the cell would spill out and this would kill humans? sorry i cant help more my memory has gone |
