I don't see why not. Even if your fluids get on something things like that can't stay airborne for long. Double check with your doctor or even e-mail your health department or an HIV/AIDS organization to make sure.

To spread HIV you have to get those body fluids into someone else's bloodstream. If you're masturbating alone, that's very unlikely to happen!

....assuming that you are referring to that age old "lonely practice", the chance of spreading HIV is very, very remote.....body fluids must be mixed, or continued and prolonged contact with mucous membranes must occur for transmission to take place.....if you are HIV positive then you need an Infectious Disease Specialist to guide you with meds at some point(better sooner than later), that would be a good question for him to expand upon, most of those guys are very open minded and receptive to such questions.......................

Sorry you have HIV, you can use a rubber glove, us it to place your fluids in a zip lock bag and then take the glove off inside out. mark a small bin hazardous materials and see if a hospital can dispose of them, you can tell them anything your don't have to tell them you have been relieving yourself.
