Has giving head (protected, with condom),risk of hiv infection???

as the viruses are very small, its possible pass the condom and enter to the mouth

Unprotected oral sex is considered a low risk sexual activity, yet infections/diseases have been known to occur.
Now, as for protected oral sex - I would say your HIV risk was at zero. HIV is difficult to pass from fellatio unless you have open cuts/bleeding wounds on your penis and or in the other person's mouth. The fact a condom was used takes your low risk chances down to zero.

Good Luck!

no only if you use latex condoms and there was no holes in the condom or it was not rip

Absolutely not just make sure its a latex condom!
