As you konw Hiv is human immuno defficiency virus which is the aetiological factor for AIDS means Autoimmundeficiency syndrome.in this condition when the disease is in advance stage and the immune system is weak,the oral hygien is poor and there is a fungal growth and infection which can affect the test, and 2nd reason is that AIDS involves the central nervous system whic is very late manefestation can lead to loss of test,loss of hearing,loss of vision,site.etc depends on the stage of the disease.
