T helper cells regulate the activation of both cytotoxic T cells and antibody producing B cells

T helper cells are needed to regulate innate immunity

T helper cells are the only cells of adaptive immunity that can kill HIV infected cells

T helper cells stimulate the production of cytotoxic T cells and inhibit the differentiation of B cells

T helper cells stimulate the differentiation of B cells and inhibit the production of cytotoxic T cells

Helper T cells are essential in determining B cell antibody class switching, in the activation and growth of cytotoxic T cells.

So T helper cells regulate the activation of both cytotoxic T cells and antibody producing B cells

B-cells can have both T-cell dependent and independent activation.
