Explain anti-discriminatory practice in relation to caring for people with HIV infection related illnesses or?

explain anti-discriminatory practice in relation to caring for people with HIV infection related illnesses or Hep B

Anti-discriminatory practise - eg good things that you do; not discriminatory, things you most definitely shouldn't do. Speak to them the same way you would talk to anyone else. They are still people and have the right to be treated with the same care and respect. Believe them. Listen to them. Explain that you have to use protection like gloves, masks, aprons etc to protect them from you. Provide medical or personal treatment, with the proper precautions (as explained), just as you would for any body else.

the privacy act

The US Court recognises people with HIV as a discriminated people because of the bigotry they face with their illness and as a discriminated segment they are allowed protection under racism and bigotry laws targeting discrimination. However a grievance must be stated such as wrongful termination of employment, harassment, emotional distress etc.

basically you must treat them as you would some one with out h.i.v.

the only issue is to ensure that you do not put your self at risk.

by cross contamination.their blood must not enter into your body by means of a cut or blood going into your eyes.

people are suffering enough with out being discriminated against.
