Clue for spreading of HIV infection?

i came in oral contact with the vaginal fluid present in the panties of a woman,a few years ago. (about 3-4 years).I don't know whether it was urine or something else.
The woman is not HIV infected.
Could i have got an HIV infection from her and after all these years is it going to take the shape of AIDS?

If you are concerned about getting HIV from her, and you stated she is not HIV infected. It's not going to happen. You have to have insertive, unprotected sexual intercourse with some one who is HIV+ to be exposed to the HIV. Then there are a lot of factors if you would become infected or not. You immune system status, the HIV+ person's viral load, the number of time you had sex with her, just to mention a few.

As far as a time frame for HIV, the window period is three month, since it's been 3-4 years, if you have not had a HIV test, do it for peace of mind. Like I said people can know with in 3 month of infection IF the get tested. If not some one can be HIV+ 10-12 years before anything shows up.

If she does not have HIV, then you cannot get HIV from her. If she has it and didn't know it then, there is a remote possibility. If your are worried that you may have HIV, perhaps there is another good reason? Unprotected sex, especially with multiple partners? How about you get tested now and every six months for 5 years to be safe, and start being more careful and conscientious.

Unless she calls you and tells you she's got the HIV infection, no you did not get it from her. It doesn't not appear out of no were.

Maybe you got it from one of your other partners.

How could she possibly give you something that she doesn't have to begin with?

You can't give something that you don't have.

If she was negative then you don't have anything to worry about. If you are not completely sure, then get tested.
