How is information about STDS, HIV and AIDS blocked in the media and what is used intead. Thanks so much

Well in music videos there's a lot of emphasis on sex, but they never show the negative consequences like STDs, unwanted pregnancy, ruined reputation, regret etc. Instead, they just make everyone look like they had an awesome time and that's the best way to spend the night--to go out and have sex with a random person or three.
