I am a better person now but last year I was flirting with a co-worker, very heavily. After 3 months we were regularly having relations. She was very shy but liked being naughty. Within 3 hours I was at her house & she followed it to the tee (goog girl). I do feel ashamed but should I if no-one was injured?

yes you should feel ashamed because you somewhat tricked her into doing something she contiuously said no to. i think if you would have gave it some time she would have went through with it rather than you tricking her.
