Maryland endoscopy center....Please give an info...?

I'm supposed to have an endoscopy on march 13th at the maryland endoscopy center. I'm very paranoid about catching diseases (such as HIV and stuff). I was wondering, for those of you who have ever had a procedure there, what was your experience like? Did it look clean? Did you ask them if they sterilized their utensils? Just give me any details you can on this place. Did this place every have any lawsuits that I should know about? Thank you!
