Can anyone tell me where I can see examples of health posters that show information and graphs?

I have a project at uni where I have to create a poster about hiv in africa. I have to show a few illustrations and graphs with a clear message about what I am trying to show.

here's a start

go to www.google.com and then click images on the top left and type in hiv graphs for africa. it will list several graphs - click on picture of graph you would like to use
