How is it with all the information,money and time invested people are still Contracting HIV?

In the USA it is the use of drugs and alcohol, when they are high or drunk they just don't care. In the undeveloped countries it is mostly ignorance.

The majority of people who contract HIV are poor, many are illiterate, and many have never received any information about how to avoid the disease in the first place.

Because people don't take it seriously because they don't think it will ever happen to them.

Denial...People thinking,it will never happened to me.... think of all the dumb things you have taken a chance and done. We all make mistakes, just that the effects of some errors are more permanent and devastating. Then there is also the poor, and uninformed.

HIV doesn't understand, information, time and money. It doesn't care about these types of things. It only wants to infect, destroy and kill.
